 The Liberté Eau Claire Condominium is 15 storey high-rise built in 1999 and extensively renovated in 2012. Our community comprises 141 residential units with individually-titled underground parking stalls, and common amenities including a well-appointed fitness centre and social room. It is located north of downtown Calgary and south of the Bow River on 3rd Avenue S.W.
We live only minutes away from the popular Eau Claire District and Prince’s Island Park where many of the City's summer festivals are held. We live in an area where our residents can enjoy a leisurely walk, run, or bike ride along Calgary's extensive pathways; a picnic at Prince’s Island Park; shopping downtown; dining and drinking at different restaurants and bars in the downtown; and closer to home, a friendly game of tennis with your neighbor or a workout in our gym.
The Board of Directors for the Liberté Eau Claire Condominiums Corporation consists of seven volunteers elected by the owners. Montgomery Ross and Associates (A Division of Strata Realty Corporation Ltd.) has been hired by the Corporation to manage the property.
